ou can ship back your cream bought through our online store within 10 days from the receipt and we will reimburse the total amount paid. If the return is made outside this period, or the product has been used, or doesn’t include its original package, we won’t be able to accept the return. Ming corporation doesn’t admit product changes. If you want to switch for another product, you can return it and make a new order.

For returns, please follow the next instructions:

Contact our team at devolucion@bellezaming.cl to start the return process. We will contact you back to confirm that the return complies with our return policy. If authorized, go to your closer post office and make sure to properly package the product. When you contact us, keep the following information at hand: Order date, shipping number, phone number, bank account to pay you back, and the invoice number.

It is the customer responsability to make sure that the shipping complies with the post office policies.
